How does it work?

You'll choose your chain from our curated collection of high quality metals, then decide whether you'd like to add a charm or stamp from our intentional charm bar. Once you've made your selections, we custom fit the chain to your wrist, ankle, or neck and weld the ends together. The process is quick, painless, and personalized to you!

Does the welding hurt?

Not at all! There is a tiny spark, but no heat to your skin, as we weld the jump ring close.

Do the chains tarnish?

No! We use high quality, tarnish resistant chains only- 14k gold filled and sterling silver.  With proper care, your LUXLYNX jewelry will stay bright and beautiful through daily wear. 

What if the chain falls off?

If your chain comes off, please keep it in a safe place and contact me.  We can re-weld your piece free of charge the first time it comes off.  After that, we offer discount re-welds. 

Can I remove it?

Yes, simply snip the jump ring with scissors.  Contact me if you'd like to re-weld it.
